Once you’ve placed an order for your Ocean Meets Green item you will receive an order notification via email.
I'll pack and despatch your order (personally) within 24-48 hours and you'll receive a shipping notification once the item is on the way to you.
NATIONAL SHIPPING
(within Germany)
Free shipping for all orders over 150 EUR
Standard shipping: 6 EUR
For customers living in Wiesbaden:
Select 'local delivery' or 'local pickup' when you get to the shipping options at checkout.
With this selection, you can choose whether you'd like the item delivered by me personally (for free) or pick it up at my doorstep.
INTERNATIONAL EU SHIPPING
(within Europe)
Standard shipping: 15 EUR
Please note: For all orders to countries not part of the EU, customers are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes placed on international orders.
Ocean Meets Green must declare full monetary value on all international shipments and I recommend checking with your local postal or customs authority prior to purchase for further information.
REST OF THE WORLD

RETURNS + EXCHANGES
Would you like to return or exchange your item? This is how it works:
You can return or exchange your items within 30 days after receiving your order. Only unworn and unwashed items can be returned.
In case you'd like to exchange your item for a different size or color, please return the item you want to exchange and place a new order.
All relevant information can be found on the returns and exchanges form (click the button below to download the file).
Download and print the form, fill in the information and enclose it with your return shipment.
In case you don't have access to a printer, you can enclose a handwritten copy of the relevant information.
For all orders within Germany we're now offering free returns.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer complementary return shipping on international orders, yet. Thank you for your understanding.
