Refund policy

Some helpful information about returns, refunds and this kind of legal stuff:


At this stage we are shipping nationally (Germany) and Europe-wide. 

We are still working on offering affordable international shipping to other destinations outside of Europe. If we currently do not ship to your country, please get in touch via We may be able to organise something special for you :)


If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products, we will find this very sad. We might also send you bribes to try and convince you of the opposite. 

But jokes aside, we heard that legally this isn't quite doing the job. So officially, Ocean Meets Green has a 30-day return policy. Which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please email us at within that time to organise a return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase (and we actually mean 30 days - not a single second longer), unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 
We recommend that you return the product (and it will need to be returned) via Registered Post and that you pre pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, theft or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Ocean Meets Green will not be responsible for parcels lost or damaged in transit if you choose not to insure.


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right (because we want you to be happy with your purchase).


Note! If you’re returning an item that was part of a discounted set or bundle, you will not receive the full price of that individual item. Instead, the refund amount will be adjusted accordingly.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of gift cards.


We understand that sometimes you change your mind last minute. So, if you would like to exchange your item for another one, please email us at and let us know that you'd like to exchange your item. We'll get back to you with a solution. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.


Unfortunately we are unable to offer freepost returns and it is the customers responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped and the exchange form is enclosed. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain a proof of postage certificate.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
